Frequently Asked Questions

1. What's the difference between FCL and LCL Shipping

Full Container Load (FCL) means you rent an entire container for your exclusive use, ideal for large shipments. Less than Container Load (LCL) consolidates multiple shippers' cargo in one container, making it cost-effective for smaller volumes typically under 10 CBM.

2. How Long does ocean freight take?

Transit times vary by route: Asia to US West Coast (14-20 days), Asia to US East Coast (25-35 days), Europe to US (10-20 days). Add 3-7 days for customs clearance and inland transport. We provide detailed transit time estimates for your specific route.

3. What Container Sizes are Available?

Standard containers include 20' (TEU) holding 28 CBM and 40' (FEU) holding 58 CBM. We also offer 40' high cube (68 CBM), 45' containers, open-top, flat-rack, and refrigerated containers (reefers) for temperature-sensitive cargo.

4. Do you handle customs clearance and import duties?

Yes, we provide full customs brokerage services including ISF filing, customs clearance, duty payment, and compliance documentation. Our experienced team ensures smooth import/export procedures to minimize delays.

5. Can I track my ocean freight shipment?

Absolutely. We provide real-time tracking with container location updates, vessel schedules, and milestone notifications. You'll have visibility from port of loading through final delivery.
