What our warehousing and distribution service includes

Warehousing for chemicals is a compliance and location problem before it is a storage problem. The facility has to be rated for the hazard classes and quantities involved, sited where inbound containers and outbound trucks make sense, and staffed to handle drums, totes and palletized product correctly.

Total Connection sources the facility, sets up the receiving, storage and outbound process and runs the freight on both sides, so inventory status, inbound ETAs and outbound orders sit with one team. For projects and supply programs we also arrange mid and long term space rentals and laydown yards so a client's operation has its own strategic storage.

What we store and distribute

  • Packaged hazardous chemicals in drums, totes and IBCs, in rated facilities
  • Non-hazardous chemicals, resins and industrial raw materials
  • Food grade and FDA-regulated products in compliant storage
  • Machinery, components and project equipment in laydown yards
  • Import inventory transloaded from containers near the port

Transloading and cross-docking

Strategic supply and storage programs

Mid and long term space rentals, laydown yards and dedicated trailer pools positioned near a project or customer cluster so supply is staged ahead of demand.

Recovery and disposition projects

How a warehousing program starts with Total Connection

1. Requirements

Products, hazard classes, volumes, turns, inbound modes and outbound destinations define the facility type and the region.

2. Facility sourcing

Rated facilities are identified near your ports, plants or customers, inspected and contracted for the term the program needs.

3. Process setup

Receiving, storage, order release and outbound freight are documented and connected to the same account team that books your transportation.

4. Operation and reporting

Inventory, inbound and outbound status reported on the cadence you set, with exceptions flagged before they affect supply.

Warehousing and distribution FAQ

Can you store hazardous chemicals?

Yes, in facilities rated for the specific classes and quantities, with segregation and containment verified before product is received.

Where are your warehouses?

We source facilities across North America near ports, plants and customer clusters, so the location is chosen for your freight flow rather than fixed in advance.

Can you set up storage for a project or supply program?

Yes. We arrange mid and long term space rentals, laydown yards and dedicated trailer pools so a project or customer region has staged supply.

Do you handle transloading from containers?

Yes. Containers are drayed from the terminal, devanned, palletized or skidded and shipped outbound, with demurrage and per diem tracked throughout.

How is warehousing priced?

By pallet or square foot per month plus handling per unit, with the freight quoted alongside. Send products, volumes and locations and we reply with facility options and pricing.

Set up warehousing near your customers

Send the products, hazard classes, volumes and the regions you serve. We reply with facility options and a program outline.
